Weddings at The Prado, Balboa Park
There is a reason that the Prado is such a popular place to have weddings and events in San Diego, in fact, there are many reasons. The Prado takes up residence in the heart of Balboa Park, in some gorgeous historic buildings that provide so many different options for special occasions. As your wedding music group, one of the reasons we love performing here is the acoustics! These historic buildings have some amazing features that amplify live music and resonate with everyone.
Outside, the enclosed patio or the Casa del Rey Moro Gardens surround you with green and San Diego sunshine, while inside the Grand Ballroom or other smaller rooms are elegant, classy, and incredibly spacious. The food is gourmet and top-notch, and the staff is very knowledgeable about wedding and event prep and function.
The Prado and Left Coast Quintet are both closely connected through San Diego's very own Weddings of Distinction, and we love working with the team there. We love providing classy, beautiful wedding ceremony music and staying on into cocktail hour in one of their many beautiful event spaces.
