Weddings at Chapel in Liberty Station
Liberty Station, the thriving arts, culture, food, and event district in the Point Loma area of San Diego, was once the Naval Training Center. All of the buildings on site are historic Spanish style architecture, coupled with manicured landscaping and numerous event spaces.
The old North Chapel was the religious center of NTC, and has been saved from demolition or reconstruction and stands as a traditional wedding cathedral, right on the grounds of Liberty Station. Your guests will enjoy the convenience to local hotels like the Marriott Residence Inn and Hilton Homewood Suites which are walking distance, along with a number of great restaurants, shops, and activities, meaning your entire wedding weekend can be kept on the Liberty Station property - no need to rent a car!
On site, you'll find a few small rooms behind the alter that are great for getting ready and final touch ups. Capacity in the main sanctuary can seat around 200 people! For pictures, when you walk outside, you're surrounded by historic architecture, beautiful trees and lawns, and a quick jaunt over to the waterfront as well.
